With almost 60 years of Bobcat experience we developed the new Earthforce skid-steer loaders. These skid-steer loaders combine an impressive power with the ability to work and manoeuvre in confined spaces, all in a favorable price range and high durability.
The Bobcat Company’s proven lift arm design is strong and durable, with two types to choose from. The basic difference is the location of the pivot point.
The S16 Radius lift path has a slight arc to it, and provides more reach throughout 80% of the lifting motion than a vertical lift path loader.
A radius lift path loader provides the best reach advantages from the operator's eye level and down, or about the height of a truck bed.
It's a more durable type of boom with less grease points.
The S18 Vertical lift path provides higher lift capacity and more reach at full lift height.
It keeps the load close to the machine, while you raise the loader arms.
Reaching lift height above 3 meters.
The Earthforce skid-steer loaders contain multiple features and benefits to simplify your job. From handling to maintenance, every detail is covered to guarantee a flawless expercience.
By activating two steering levers, the operator controls all functions of direction and speed. Responsive controls give the operator the ability to operate the machine with precision, while lift and tilt functions of the loader's lift arms are controlled by foot pedals.
The undercarriage is keel-shaped with the lowest point at the center of the machine, so that the loader passes over most obstructions just like a boat glides through water. You'll be able to work more effectively, even in difficult conditions.
Maintenance-free chaincase including a combination of welded axle tubes to the chaincases, tight manufacturing tolerances and pre-stressed drive chains, so there is no maintenance on this part of the machine. The design provides ample space between the frame of the machine and the tire, which results in better tire cleanout during normal operation.
The Earthforce skid-steer loader was designed to be durable. The all-steel tailgate in the back protects the important engine and cooling components, plus the frame of the machine extends beyond the tailgate for added protection.
The machine frame protects the tilt cylinders, as well as a number of tube lines and hydraulic hoses. Also, the hydraulic hoses are routed under the lift arms. All of these items were designed this way to prevent potential damage from falling debris.
Easy to access: there is ample workspace to easily access the starter, alternator, air filter, air filter indicator, engine oil fill location, hydraulic oil fill, hydraulic oil filter, fuel filter, engine oil dipstick, engine oil filter, and battery. The radiator and oil cooler are as well easily accessible and by removing two brackets, they can be moved out of the way, to get to the fuel tank for easy removal. Under the cab, there is plenty of room to work and the main valve is easily accessible for service.
The Earthforce skid-steer loaders are designed and build by Bobcat. With more than 60 year of experience we brought our knowledge to build the best machine for this segment of customers. A wide dealer network, assures the perfect advice and impeccable after-sales service.
Some Bobcat attachments were approved for Earthforce skid-steer loaders and this creating an extended versatility and interchange of attachments.
The Earthforce skid-steer loader can handle a variety of attachments,
making it more versatile than other machine concepts.
The Earthforce S16 Radius lift path and the S18 Vertical lift path are both based on the same Bobcat platform and share the same standard features. Find out more below.
